HW and SW for Serail lyophilization put into full operation
On 23 January 2013 control HW and SW for Serail lyophilization in Brno was handed over and put into full operation for the company Erba Lachema s.r.o. During the trial operation remote access for control and visualization of the current status of the device was set up for the customer. Sending alarm condition message was also set up and tested during the trial operation. The whole lyophilization process is controlled by a control system TC700 (TECO Kolín), an industrial panel and PC with visualization is installed to control and display operating status.

On December 10, 2012 control HW a SW for Serail lyophilization in Brno was handed over and put trial operation for the company Erba Lachema s.r.o.. The whole lyophilization process is controlled by a control system TC700 (TECO Kolín), an industrial panel PC with visualization is installed to control and display operatin status. At the beginning of the trial operation customer´s service workers were trained. The delivery included operational documentation and service and maintenance manuals.
Refurbished circular cutter put into trial operation
On 29th November 2012 a circular cutter, partially refurbished and renovated, with electronic adjustment of the length of the cut, was put into trial operation in the plant 01 Rájec-Jestřebí for the company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s.. The electric speed control and the adjustment of the length of the cut are controlled by a programmable controller TECOMAT series Foxtrot incl. an operator panel and servo inverter. At the beginning of the trial operation customer´s service workers were trained. The delivery included technical documentation with a service and maintenance manual, testing protocol of the power distributor and inspection of the equipment wiring.
