Solutions
On the basis of the customer's requirements a control system that meets all the requirements of the assignment is implemented after the processing of the machine structure and the electrical project or the electrical project itself. Modern programmable controllers are used for automation - TECOMAT, SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER. Sensors (contact, non-contact or analogue), incremental sensors (length measuring) and others are used to solve automatic lines or technological nodes. All sensors used are from the world's leading manufacturers of these devices (IFM, SIEMENS, TELEMECANIQUE, LARM, etc.). Of course there is the use of industrial PC with visualization for the possibility of displaying technology, control or data archiving. Another option for displaying is operator panels located for example in control cabinet doors or in control shelves with the possibility of adding technological schemes. All applications are implemented completely by KIP Brno Ltd from the design of the solution to the commissioning and training of operators.
User software
For the control of technological lines and programs are created programs in software products of individual suppliers of programmable logic controllers - TECOMAT, SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER. PC visualization is used to control technology, display required data and archive data. PCs can be located in control rooms.
Production of LV switchboards and control desks
Switchboards, control desks and control cabinets are made of type products, breakers, switching and control elements are standard deliveries from OEZ, SCHNEIDER, SALTEK, ELKO EP, SIEMENS, ABB and others.
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are used by TECOMAT, SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER, operator pushbutton or touch panels. Frequency converters or soft starters from FUJI or SCHNEIDER manufacturers are used in power switchboards for control.
Each switchboard (desk, cabinet) is labelled with the identification label and a "piece test report" is issued.
Provision of technical assistance
Our staff regularly participate in the training of manufacturers and suppliers and will be happy to provide you with information when solving problems in upgrading and automating the technology nodes. They are also able to design optimal solutions from an economic and energy perspective. The technical assistance also includes processing of price offers in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Delivery of equipment
We are able to provide all of these activities as a complete turnkey delivery, where a technical solution including manufacturing and project documentation and production is first designed. Production of larger structures and equipment is provided by subcontractors including complete assembly at the customer. Electrical work is provided by the company by its own employees or subcontractors. The last step is to test and put the device into permanent operation with proven parameters.
